All the posts up to now have been links to Bob Norman's Daily Pulp blog. They should serve as a quick-link reference to the posts he made about Sun Sentinel layoffs/buyouts. We have another round coming in mid May, and a full 20% of the newsroom by the end of 2009.
If you were among those let go and didn't get to say goodbye, please feel free to do so here. As I wrote in the column at right, use this however you see fit.
I probably will be posting mostly news links. But I may comment occasionally.

WHY THIS BLOG EXISTS
This blog is for any current or former SunSentinel (South Florida Sun-Sentinel) employee who needs a place to get in touch after Tribune cuts the cord. The Daily Pulp does a good job reporting the news as it trickles out to him. But his blog isn't solely about SS cuts. The info eventually gets buried by Bob's reporting and commentary in his blog's archives. And his comment fields aren't really the place for leaving e-mails.
I'm patterning this blog after a few others I have seen across the country (mostly the DMN) dealing with newspaper layoffs. Click here to see it.
Rant, post a farewell, ask a question or leave a contact e-mail. But I suggest you use the following format to limit spam: name (at) something (dot) com. Use it as you see fit. Miami Herald and Palm Beach Post folks are welcome to post as well.
